All WTO 21098 QRM-22 (Quality and Risk Management) framework contracts have been signed. This means that mini-tenders can now be made for this WTO.
Requisitioning offices are free to choose whether to make a new mini-tender through WTO 18061 (QRM-18), subject to quota availability, or 21098 (QRM-22). The two WTOs 18061 and 21098 run in parallel so that the remaining quotas can be exhausted.
