In the MTM application, the DTI sector of the Federal Chancellery uses an external SaaS solution for the digital processing of calls from framework agreements concluded by the Federal Administration. The core function of this use for the Federal Administration is to map the framework agreements together with the subsequent call process (mini-tender). This promotes business relationships between the requisitioners and the bidders and ensures a transparent presentation of the associated services.
Platform SuisseOffer:
Thanks to use of the SuisseOffer platform www.suisseoffer.ch, public procurement can be carried out in a user-friendly, efficient, and transparent manner. All procedures (open, selective, invitation, and direct as well as mini-tender and RFI) are supported with inclusion of the successful bidders in the SaaS model.
Development and operation:
The development as well as secure and reliable operation are guaranteed through the BEGASOFT Government Cloud (www.begasoft.ch). BEGASOFT has ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. The BEGASOFT data centre in Bern Wankdorf is one of very few data centres in Europe to have Tier IV certification. The data centre also has various ISO certificates: ISO 9001, 14001, 15504, and 27001, and, with myclimate, it has an environmental label for especially climate-friendly products and services.
Design and creation of the website:
