SPRINT

This WTO tender provides specialist service providers to assist with IT projects. The development and support projects can be either small (less than CHF 1 million) or large (between CHF 1 million and CHF 5 million). The successful tenderers will provide support in particular in the areas of technical implementation, integration and quality assurance.

The services are divided into two lots:

• Lot 1: Development services for small applications (< CHF 1 million)
• Lot 2: Development services for larger projects (CHF 1 million to < CHF 5 million)

Lots 1 and 2 include the following services:

• Development and further development of applications (including open source solutions)
• Maintenance and support

The operation of the applications developed within the framework of this WTO tender must be ensured by internal service providers (LE) of the departments or in accordance with the organisation's operating strategy.

This tender does not include contracts that require an operational security procedure in accordance with Chapter 4 ISG (ISG, SR 128).

The specific contracts will be awarded to the successful bidders in an electronic mini-tender procedure (competition).
