Even simply by digitalising and optimising existing processes or process steps, the motivation of users is strengthened and the customer experience is improved. During implementation of the MTM solution, the call process was gradually optimised using an agile approach. An important element is the involvement of the successful bidders, who are directed to the transactions (calls) with a token. Further optimisations, based on the experience gained and feedback from requisitioners and/or bidders, are being compiled and implemented in an agile manner.
The DTI sector of the Federal Chancellery regularly informs both the requisitioners and the successful bidders about the current degree of utilisation of each framework agreement and about newly available framework agreements. Depending on the volume of the information, it is communicated either electronically or at meetings/events.
