The MTM mini-tender application

Public sector requisitioners and successful bidders (suppliers) use the service of the web-based SaaS application Mini-Tender Management (MTM), which is provided by the DTI sector of the Federal Chancellery. In MTM, customer-specific adjustments were made in line with our processes.

What the application can do:

As a web-based solution, MTM ensures that processes are complied with in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Act on Public Procurement (Public Procurement Act, PPA), and makes it easier for the consumer to carry out even major procurements with reasonable effort by means of predefined (selection) fields, templates, and automated reminder emails. MTM saves a great deal of time, given that there are no more media discontinuities and everything is performed directly in the application, from needs assessment to award.
