The Digital Transformation and ICT Governance Sector (DTI) published the tender documentation for WTO 21098 QRM-22 on simap. This invitation to tender aims to evaluate ten qualified service providers in the field of quality and risk management for key or large ICT projects as well as strategically important or large projects within the Federal Administration. The external service providers must be capable of independently carrying out the tasks of neutral quality and risk management, including any in-depth analyses for the projects assigned to them and reporting directly to the respective client.
The purely optional services of a maximum of CHF 20 million will be awarded in a mini-tender procedure.
