Through a competitive procedure (mini-tender), the Federal Administration's project officers, requisitioners, and procurement agencies can use the offers on the website to make calls from federal framework contracts concluded by the Specialist Service for Information Technologies for a wide range of ICT services. The offers include well-known and proven services for project management and new innovative services such as the provision of tools for enterprise architecture, the use of virtual data rooms, or digital signatures.
Mini-tenders are competitions among companies that have been awarded a contract in advance in a public procurement (WTO award procedure) and have concluded a framework agreement with the federal government. The lean mini-tender process connects the partners along the logistical value chain without media discontinuities, shortens the procurement time, and creates full transparency, quickly yet in conformity with the award.
www.minitender.ch combines public sector demand with the supply of high-performance companies, whether large corporations or SMEs – in a digital, lean, and legally secure manner.
