The Swiss Federal Administration conducts numerous public procurement procedures every year and concludes corresponding framework agreements with companies from the private sector. This explanatory video introduces the Mini Tender Management (MTM) application from the Service for IT in Public Procurement Unit. The MTM service is a web-based solution allowing users to process mini-tenders from the unit's WTO framework agreements easily online. The minitender.info page lists all the information and the existing WTO framework agreements. Successful bidders participate in a transparent competition for the calls for ICT services, with all parties using the MTM application exclusively online.
